Working with teams across the globe or planning an international call? These tools use fixed UTC offsets for deterministic conversion without daylight saving confusion. Convert a specific time between zones, check how many hours apart two regions are, find the best meeting window where everyone is in business hours or quickly convert military time to standard AM/PM format.

Frequently asked questions

Use the UTC Offset Converter. Enter the time and source offset (e.g. UTC-5 for EST), then select the target offset. The tool shows the converted time and flags if the date changes.

EST (UTC-5) is 5 hours behind GMT (UTC+0). When it is noon in New York (EST), it is 5:00 PM in London (GMT). During EDT (summer), the gap shrinks to 4 hours.

Use the Meeting Time Planner. Select up to 3 UTC offsets and the tool finds overlapping business hours. For US East + London + Singapore, the overlap window is typically zero - someone needs to flex.

Military time uses 24-hour format: 1:00 PM = 1300, midnight = 0000, 11:30 PM = 2330. The Military Time Converter handles both directions and shows the spoken pronunciation.

These tools use fixed UTC offsets, not named time zones. During DST transitions, select your current offset (e.g. EDT = UTC-4 instead of EST = UTC-5). This keeps results deterministic and correct.
